When comparing Broadband products with Ace Broadband, it's important to look beyond the simple monthly charges, we really look after our subscribers. The excess data traffic charges can deliver the real bite if your not on one of our Shaped Pump plans so keep in mind; every e-mail you receive, every web page you look at, every chat session, virus update and every software product, movie or song you download consists of data traffic.

Late payment fee / decline of Credit Card $11 / decline of Direct Debit $22 per service
Service is suspended when payment is declined
